Development of mechanic pathway in Scotland
Cairney Cycles has teamed up with Bike4Good, Cytech, SQA, Skills Development Scotland and the Association of Cycle Traders to bring forward an apprenticeship programme for aspiring cycle techs. This is something avaliable in the other nations of the United Kingdom and it's not right with Scotlands engineering heritage that we do not offer a pathway focused around the bicycle. Thanks to the work we've been doing there will be an apprentice programme before 2030!
